VERY RARE Spiers of Ayr solid brass / gunmetal bullnose plane is fine original condition. Beautifully chamfered body with original rosewood wedge and original near full length thick Ward blade. The mouth is fine. Good clear Spiers stamp. Size is 3 1/2" long by 1" wide. This is the first one of these I have seen in ages. RARE !!
